for the 4th of July Big Tournament

And as Always, it's on a First Come, First Served Basis; all sign-up forms must be received by Saturday, June 27 with the checks received by July 2...

Simply complete the following form fields by checking each event you are planning to participate in, check the Privacy Policy acknowledgment box, complete the spam prevention box by typing into it the alpha-numeric string of characters you see in the graphic field above it... and then push the "Submit Form" button and then send your check for all of the events you have signed for to MJ Bredemus... and you're done. If you've signed-up for one or more events, you do not need to send money for the picnic; however you will need to send a check for the picnic if the picnic is the only event you're attending.

If you don't hear back from us... then just be at the facility noted on the Calendar entry.

Remember... if you sign up, we really do want you to show up. So, if, for whatever reason your plans have to change, please let us know in plenty of time so we'll have the chance to fill your slot with someone else who'd like to attend and then we can return entry fee.
